Are you an experienced early childhood educator or someone who has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis? Do you have experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities?


Time 2 Grow ABA is looking for dynamic educators and clinicians interested in joining our instructional team as Behavior Therapists or Clinical Managers.


Behavior Therapist

Our therapists implement intensive behavior based interventions for young children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Therapists collaborate with a team of professionals and parents to support children in their natural environments - their homes, preschools, and community settings. All instructional interventions are behavior analytic and evidence based. Behavior Therapists must be comfortable keeping up with the pace of young children while maintaining ongoing data collection throughout a 3-5 hour session. Initial and ongoing training is provided by Clinical Directors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Clinical Supervisor

Our Clinical Managers (CM) work collaboratively with Behavior Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support intensive behavior based interventions for young children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Clinical Managers provide ongoing supervision to therapists, offering individualized training and guided practice, as well as programming management, parent support, administrative assistance and organizational support. Clinical Managers are able to review assessment and progress reports, lead team meetings with families and therapists and answer questions about program goals and methodologies. Initial and ongoing training is provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

ENTRY LEVEL Requirements for Clinical Supervisors

*Drivers License

*Pass Background Check

*Bachelor’s Degree AND/OR

*3+ years experience as a Behavior Therapist AND/OR

*Management/Supervision Experience or Enrollment in a Master's Degree program


Time 2 Grow ABA work hours are between Monday-Saturday 8-6pm. Part time (less than 30 hour per week) and Full time (more than 30 hours per week) hours are available. Flexible schedule options are typically available.
